the robust stack mold uses on innovative air ejct technique to produce thin-wall food containers. the .03" side wall thickness generates on L/T ratio(flow length to wall section) of over 300,requiring extreme molding pressures and injection speeds. An individual cavity-to-core wedge lock design is utilized to prevent innernt core shift and is fully adjustable in th press.
The mould design is now also availbale using Jingxi's lastest Quick Product Change (QPC)concept-enabling shot-to-shot product changes in less than one hour.The result is greater productivity and machine up-time. Short production runs are now more economicol.
